Accessing therapy online or via telephone is an option of you are unable to attend in person. Please discuss with Roslyn if you are seeking online or telephone counselling.

You do not require a referral for therapy, however, obtaining a referral and Mental Health Plan from your GP will enable you to access the Medicare rebate. If you have any questions about this, please get in touch and ask.
